Basic modifications to Lewdcorner, especially latest updates

Features:
Highlight tags on Latest Updates and forum pages as "Liked", "Disliked", and "Hated" tags
Customizable Latest Updates Options tab (stored in the extension)
Bookmarked threads have visual highlight
Bookmarks with notes are given special treatment and color
Clicking neutral or positive tags includes them in search (shift+click to invert)
Clicking negative or hated tags excludes them in search (shift+click to invert)
Broken images will automatically fall back to cached thumbnails from the thread
Should be updated within 12 hours of stuff breaking. Luckily it's just highlighting so the website is still fine without it.
