Hide user auctions from showing up in the main pages.

Small tweak to the display of the auction page 'Hide Auctions' button so it displays on the next line from the username. Looks a little nicer.
Added the 'Hide Auctions' button to the auction page, instead of only on the user page.
On the 'Hidden User Auctions' dialog modal:- There is now a little 'x' to the top right of the modal for another option to exit it.- Usernames are now links that open the user's page in a new tab.
