Preloads Dynasty Reader pages!
Normally, Dynasty Reader only preloads one page after the one you're reading. Unfortunately, their servers may be slow for some, which causes large amounts of loading when reading a chapter.
Dynasty Preloader alleviates that problem by loading more pages after the one you're reading (5, customisable). It also has an option of preloading all pages at once - click the "Load All" button next to the Fullscreen button.
This UserScript indicates preload status with a colour on the page list:
