fix imagepond.net videos showing as broken image (#642)
ImagePond video pages use og:video pointing to a /direct URL that has no file extension. The script only detected videos by extension, so it created an instead of a and the browser showed a broken image icon.
Force is_video = true when og:video is present so videos are handled correctly.

Fix imagepond.net videos opening as thumbnails instead of full video (#640)
imagepond.net serves both images and videos under the same /i/ URL pattern. The previous host handler only looked at og:image, which for videos is the poster/thumbnail rather than the media file.
Prefer meta[property="og:video"] when present (actual .mp4), and fall back to og:image (and then a[download]) so normal images continue to work.
imagepond.net is split out of the shared og:image case group so the other hosts in that group are unchanged.
