Shows searched entries in selected languages and also enforces a tag blacklist.

Filter galleries by tag groups Default Groups:
1. female:loli, female:sole female
2. male:shota, male:sole male

Filter galleries by languages. Defaults: English, Japanese
Filter galleries by a tags blacklist. Defaults: female:loli, male:yaoi, sample
Only include certain gallery types Defaults: all galleries
Remove related gallery section in gallery pages. This can make gallery loading faster and also break the redirection ad in most cases. Default: Disabled
