minor improvements: won't run on new work and edit work pages anymore, better selector for GUI menu location

includes a toggle on/off option, so there's no need to disable the script or delete all config just to turn it off temporarily
automatically reloads the page on config changes, so user doesn't have to F5 to see them take effect
updated descriptions

now with extendable configuration for however many tokens the user wishes

fixed dialog description to match recent changes

f/n is more often used to mean first/name instead of family/name

now supports (y/n) and such in brackets
improved width choice for the dialog
