Remove Sankaku Advertisements/Iframes

Hopefully removes all ads from *.sankaku

Should remove adds from chan.sankaku

As soon as page loads it does a check for all iframe elements and removes them from the document.
After that it does 0.5 second pings to check if any iframes have reapeared.

Might fuck some things up, idgaf, I'll work on it later.
