Replace wishlist remove button. Compatible with AutoPagerize.

Melonbooks website is pretty crappy. Lately the remove-from-favorites/wishlist feature seemed broken.
It also didn't work with AutoPagerize etc.
So, now it uses fetch and removes the row when succeeded.
