Slowing down web pages/javascript games

I'm looking for a script that can slow down freeriderhd, or a way to make a script so that the game speed is slower and it is easier, thanks.

there is a TimerHooker here https://greasyfork.org/scripts/372673 but I don't know if it work for all game, when the script run complete there is a semicircle on the left top border of website, hover it and click the circle to change the speed, the first circle is customize speed
