Total newb, asking for assist in a tab change notifier (seems like a good name)

Total newb, asking for assist in a tab change notifier (seems like a good name)
For work, I need to click on a button to get tasks. Not a problem since finding an autoclicker was easy enough, and just set it to check every minute. I have no problem there, but when a task is found, the tab changes obviously to show the task i can work. I am trying to figure out a way to get a notification of that task checking being successful? That tab changes so I did find the "page monitor/visualping apps, but those are monitoring for changes of the actual page (like watching for price changes) but I just need a notification when that tab has a change, being the instruction page for work instead of just saying "no tasks available" on it. When it finds nothing it appears like this. This would change the tab completely with xxx taskname and a page of instructions. Any ideas?
