Hmmm, such extensions usually warn that altering your referrer may break websites for you, this is what happened.
But I believe you can tweak it by allowing referrer to be sent to the same website (such extensions usually have this important option) - this won't affect your privacy pretty much at all - cuz only website you're currently on would see full referrers of its own website (eg. google.com would know you visited it from google.com/somepage, but if you visit it from another website - it wouldn't know which one), setting refcontrol another way barely makes any sense.
Fix: all sites with forged referrers
Hi,
due to the "you have just uploaded an image, haven't you?" check, I cannot use this script anymore. The reason being that I use RefControl to forge referrers to the base URL on all sites.
Could this check be removed or tweaked? Thanks!
