Are you referring to the text displayed on the video version buttons? If so, version 1.6.0 already supports displaying the corresponding button text based on the page's language, with support for Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese.

The new update can't detect javdb login when using other domain, I use javdb458. Thank you.
Version 2.1.0 adds a feature in the settings page to set a custom Javdb domain, which should solve this problem for you.
Would it be possible to have it switch to the preferred language instead of Chinese automatically?
