在原來的功能上 一键搜索字幕，加载本地字幕，快捷键操作加速
新增自動搜尋功能，可以在頁面縮圖上，直接顯示是否有字幕，
另外也修改一下快捷鍵的設定成一行，避免擋住視線

字幕搜尋1是連到網站來自行下載字幕，然後在手動上傳字幕顯示，可以更精準地顯示字幕

字幕搜尋2是自動尋找字幕，然後自己選擇要哪個，可以方便地顯示字幕

另外有些字幕有編碼問題，也新增修改編碼的功能

如果用起來有問題，歡迎大家討論，視情況調整
