希望增加一个只屏蔽rating:explicit的模式 目前情况是0.29.1大部分站点只有nsfw模式，nsfw会同时屏蔽rating:explicit和rating:questionable，而设置里的本地标签黑名单对rating:*不生效。 大部分站都是支持把rating:explicit添加到标签黑名单的。 同时问问api key怎么用。
