Fix for Gelbooru completely changing the player again.
Fix video possibly being too tall in extremely niche cases like when there is an artist banner on a video page or something.

Get rid of those console errors that were harmless but annoying if you were to check the console.

Remaining cases where unintended letterboxing or pillarboxing could be added before switching to fullscreen should be fixed.
Improved resulting video quality and removed unnecessary extra bandwidth usage from nonsensical double reencode being used by default.
