[Feature Request]Manual Reload Sometimes the images get stuck displaying halfway without changing to the refresh icon, so a new feature would be nice.

Good Keep loading even in fullscreen Currently if I set ML to download every 10 pages, it doesn't download more when I scroll to the end of the page in fullscreen mode.
