Does the following enhancements:

Increases image sizes of slideshows to max width.
Increases main poster's image to the max width.
Hides the right advertisement column on posts.
Adds keybindings for slideshow and escort navigation.
Make girls names in grid display with a visited color (black) if you have visited them

Keybindings are as follows:

Key Combo	Action
CTRL+Left	Cycle left through the currently open slideshow
CTRL+Right	Cycle right through the currently open slideshow
CTRL+Up	Navigate up to the next escort listing in the left pane when viewing the premium listings
CTRL+Down	Navigate down to the next escort listing in the left pane when viewing the premium listings
p	Jump to photo gallery

** Note, I have currently only tested this in Tampermonkey on google chrome, please let me know if you find issues with it.
