Added missing css
Fixed issue with QM image linking.
Added external CSS usage. Paste a link to a css file in the input and have it applied on load. No manual updates required.
Added the option to auto hide chat when loading a quest.

Externally linked images can now be used as replies. Click a message, click the chain and post the image. Any errors should be reported.
