When I use the drop down menu to fight villains this automatically takes me to the last fight instead of letting me select my fight. Extremely annoying, can this be fixed?

Seems I started catching a soft ban today. Unable to log on for an hour after collecting. Was something changed on either end?

Is there any way to stop this from auto selecting the last fight on the combativity drop down? That completely ruins the fact that a drop down even exists to select the villain.
