Adds a download button in the sidebar of the active gif.

Some Notes:

Downloads the SD version of the gif unless HD is/was selected before clicking the download button.
Would not recommend long sessions without a page reload as the script uses a cache variable that is not emptied.
Tested with Violentmonkey on Firefox

This is my first time writing javascript so if there is any advice for improving the code feel free to let me know.
