Remove Blacklisted Images

Removes blacklisted images from the DOM on rule34.xxx based on a tag blacklist stored in cookies.

Rule34.xxx by default just modifies the thumb image adding Blacklisted to it and makes the post unclickable.
People on the forum were complaining about this logic and inconsistency throughout the site since it doesn't work while browsing someone's favorites or comments. This script solves this issue.
