Make webm highlighting work in many more places and mark animated gif as well.
Adds colored borders to all pages on Gelbooru.com that show image listings (search pages, pools, etc) to show which images are animated.
Gelbooru normally only highlights WebM links on search pages, but not on the many other parts on the site that similarly list image thumbnails. And it doesn't highlight animated GIF or animated PNG links at all. This will highlight all WebM and animated GIF everywhere.
The default colors are yellow for animated gif or png and a less painful to look at shade of blue from the default for WebM. You can customize these by using the settings link on the right side of the header. Animated png/gif highlighting will only work if the image has been tagged correctly, since unlike with WebM there is no real way to tell them apart otherwise.
The functionality of this script is included in Gelbooru Visited and Type Highlighter, so you do not need both installed. This script can cause conflicts with that one, so disable or uninstall this script if you are going to run it.
