This script allows you to retrieve the largest image possible when opening them in a new tab.

Supported websites: Reddit, Redgifs(videos), YouTube video thumbnails, Google profile picture (incl. YouTube), Twitch.tv.

Usage: Open the image you desire to save from supported websites, then the script automatically redirects the tab to the largest version.
