Improved paranoia mode, actually working for Nutaku version. Nutaku paranois will need https://greasyfork.org/ru/scripts/375410-nutaku-reload-helper to work.

For other sites it will still probably die after long waits... BUT you can change it's schedule by fiddling with localStorage.paranoiaSettings
