Tries to detect and un-break Session IDs posted on 4chan. Will not produce a correct ID if the ID has other text interspersed like this...

 Send me
 1234567
 A message
 abdef1234
 [...]

...but it should work in any other case, regardless if the ID is broken up by spaces, newlines, underscores, anything.

Works both with or without 4chan X!
