Increases the image sizes of slideshows and adds keybindings for slideshow and escort navigation. Keybindings are as follows:

Key ComboAction
CTRL+LeftCycle left through the currently open slideshow
CTRL+RightCycle right through the currently open slideshow
CTRL+UpNavigate up to the next escort listing in the left pane when viewing the premium listings
CTRL+DownNavigate down to the next escort listing in the left pane when viewing the premium listings

** Note, I have currently only tested this in Tampermonkey on google chrome, please let me know if you find issues with it.
