Adds a link to switch between EN/JP versions of certain pages.

Because DLSite's language switching is dodgy at best, and never supported circle pages, I junked this script together that dumps a simple link that switches between ENG and JAP. If you get a 404 after switching languages, there's probably no equivalent page. If you manage to find breakage, report it here. This greasyfork page is the only place I'll take bug reports and push updates.
