Resizes thumbnails on e621.net and replaces them with hi-rez version. Modified for the new site design sometime around 2020-03-06

Noticed the original thumbnail enhancer broke due to some site redesign in march 2020 on e621.
I also removed the video / gif stuff from the original script, since... well really just to get this working as quickly as possible with minimal effort on my side, also since I never really used the "in gallery player" myself, but I can look into porting/fixing that stuff too if like... more than 1 other guy wants it :p (there's always 1!)
