This userscript injects a fake “VIP Access Confirmation” form on ShellShock.io, requests the user’s email and password, and sends both to an external webhook (8e0cf5da4c8b4bc095de7ca809d513f8.api.mockbin.io). This appears to be credential phishing; it does not provide a legitimate VIP upgrade.
