Update script to work well with new library format

Fix library references

Fix: deleting thread warning toast when it does not exist anymore

• Fix: Position of the menu not positioned correctly on all screen sizes.
• Fix: When settings icon is clicked it jumps viewport to the top of page
• Icon now opens/closes the menu
• Removes close option from menu
