this says it cheats on worldguessr, but rather it shames the user, and the rules say "Scripts must include a description of what they do and may not do things unreasonably outside of this description. Users must know what a script will do before installing it.". if i am not mistaken, this breaks the rules. the script's @description says it's an undetected cheat that gets exact locations, but the actual behaviour is the opposite: it generates random coordinates, never reveals anything real, and runs a scripted shame sequence (warning messages, "CHEATER!" graphics, a click-blocking overlay). i believe that it is against the rules, someone installing this based on the listed description would have no idea what it actually does to them.
