Create a bookmark link button at the bottom of every bookmark full blurb
On a user's dash or bookmarks page, adds a 'Link' button to the bookmark blurbs that can be used to go directly to the bookmark.
Does not work on a work's bookmarks page with the smaller blurbs, since those do not include bookmark IDs.
