If you've ever tried to MTL Syosetsu.com stories with an inline translator in your browser, you've probably had your translator tripped up by those emphasis dots above some characters. I've found that they confuse the translator into thinking each emphasised character is a word on it's own, so the translator ignores the context and just gives a dictionary translation of each individual character. This is, of course, gibberish.

This script removes the emphasis dots, allowing machine translation to translate the whole lines as is normal.
