It seems to be easy. To blurr the Image, they just add an ".md" between the image-name and the .jpg.
Example:
blurr image:

http://ss.movierls.net/images/2016/08/14/160813.sg.micaelanefka0a7b6.jpg

It was simple. Just add these lines:
