Moved "Content Manager" to "My Content" from "My MV"
Moved "Send MV Flyers" to "Marketing Tools" from "My MV"
Added an "Upload" button to the Main Nav on the top of the page.
Added an "Upload" button to the User Nav menu next to name and rank.
