Audience

This script is intended for moderators on chaturbate.com.

Getting started

  1. Install the script.
  2. Go to chaturbate.com.
  3. Open any room.
  4. Click the green "ASSIST" button in the chat box
  5. Click "Edit" in the panel that opens
  6. Type or copy your repetitive comments into the text box
  7. Click "Save and close"

That's it, you're all set.

Usage

To speak one of your previously entered comments in chat, click the green "ASSIST" button, then click the relevant comment, or shift+click a comment to edit it before sending to chat!

Special features

The Edit panel supports a bit of "special syntax" to make your life even easier.

  • You can prefix a line with a space (or more) to gray out that comment (if there's something you shouldn't say today)
  • You can make comments that send multiple lines to chat, using '++' as a line divider (meaning you should never have '++' in a single-line comment)
  • If you moderate more than one room, you can make room-specific sections using '# roomname' - so put any generic comments at the top, then room-specific sections below. Anything after '# roomname' will only show up when on chaturbate.com/roomname/

Note that comment text is copied and sent verbatim, so you can use '/command', ':emoticon', smileys and whatever.
