Adds A Quick Download Button

The E621 Quick Download script is a simple utility that adds the 'Download' and 'Download Page' buttons so you can quickly download posts on E621.
On the top of the page, there will be the 'Download Page' button, clicking on it all the posts on the page will start to be downloaded. In each post there will also be a new 'Download' button, clicking on it will download the single post.
The script uses the GM.xmlHttpRequest function to access the E621 content provider, so it needs to be enabled, otherwise only an HTML 'Download' button will appear, and no extra functionality.
The script is in the alpha phase, I may add new functionality in the near future.
