Makes any(?) page with a paginator on various Danbooru clones "bottomless"--blend pages together or separate each with a paginator.

I haven't been to Gelbooru in quite a while... Fixing the post/comment/tags indexes is easy enough ("paginator" got changed to "paginater" for some reason), but that totally screws up some other indexes (forum, pool,...).
I've disabled the script everywhere on Gelbooru except post/comment/tags, and maybe I'll figure out a more complete fix later...
