I've noticed the "promoted script" option that is placed in admin settings of any script. I've tried to test how it looks like. It seems to not be working for me

I mean, I can set some script link there, but it is seems useless, because nothing happens after the script installation. Just like when the option was not set

It probably should not work for users when they are logged in, as this is like an ad for people who install your script, and it's not you.

Sometimes, most of the time this other script ad shows up when I'm not logged in and try to install one of my scripts.

What's supposed to happen is that after installing a script, the install button turns into a link to the other script. Could be it's broken. I'll investigate.

Seems to work fine for me.

With Tampermonkey and Firefox, go to https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/1-greasemonkey-tampermonkey-violentmonkey-test-style and click Install. Tampermonkey opens a new tab. If you go back to the original tab, you can then see the promoted script.
