The add on is great! Makes Hitomi.la usable great work! However it somehow doesn't blacklist characters names? I mean even if I put given character into blacklist they still show up. Is that me problem or is that not a feature?

Yes it doesn't. Though it can be added, it will be slow as the information is in the gallery itself, not on the search pages. So all the galleries will be loaded on each search page to know the character tags.
