Single page HTML download for Literotica with improved readability

Yeah, still can't download individual stories on author pages. Not sure what the hell they did, but they borked something. If it's not on the toplist category pages, or in a series on the author's submissions page, it's not downloadable.
Series are downloading fine, but individual works (not part of a series) show no DL button on the author's submissions page. I saw the thread below this, and reinstalled the script, but it didn't fix the problem. Damn Literotica, futzing with their code again.
DL button still shows fine on all toplist category pages.
