Fix: ImageTWIST.com appears broken

Edit: I can confirm the conventional imagetwist.com links still work fine, it's only these new ones prefixed with dev. that fail to load correctly.

hey Owyn, imagetwist, even after the update is not showing the image but popping up a save dialog

edit: it actually works on above link. the final image link in above starts with i2.imagetwist.com but any link that isnt dev.imagetwist.com opens save dialog, even when just right clicking and opening image in new tab/view image

works fine for me, plus this script doesn't try to open images directly (unless you told it to in options), so it can't happen. Check if other extensions are doing this or you have this option enabled and disable it.

@Owyn, imagetwist can use https too. I think the easiest solution is to replace http with * in the @match rules.

imagetwist part of the script already works on both https and http

Is it just me or do all ImageTwist hosted images come up as broken link (grey screen) with HandyImage enabled, yet when disabling GreaseMonkey, you can see the image is there and the link is not broken?

I confirm that ImageTwist is not working anymore. Shows 2 buttons "download image" and "view embed codes"

Thank you for confirming Tim. I get the same. The unfiltered ImageTwist site no longer displays the image at all. You have to click the download button to get the image.

I can also confirm this strange behaviour. When first visiting an imagetwist link, with HandyImage enabled, I get a blank page in FF. When I disable Handy, I get first a button: "Continue to your image". After clicking on this button I get 2 buttons: "VIEW EMBED CODES" and "DOWNLOAD IMAGE". Viewing the picture in the browser is not possible anymore (both in FF and Chrome).

Two last posted image link examples work fine for me in FF stable, make sure other extensions aren't messing it up for you, and that you'r using latest script version (2019.04.22)

It appears to be something ImageTwist have done. I too have checked another computer running chrome and the behaviour is the same there too. Browser no longer displays the image within. Only option is to download and open with associated viewer.

OK, I found out that it wass uBlock origin that was blocking something. So I just disabled it for Imagetwist.com (put it in the whitelist) and now everything seems to be working. (Tried in latest versions of FF & Chrome.)

Add this to your dynamic rules in ublock origin imagetwist.com * image allow

Easylist blocks imagetwist so you're gonna have to either allow it manually.

Thank you GTA for figuring this out. Wasn't able to figure out how to add the dynamic rule line directly, so had to just to white list all of imagetwist.com instead, which has worked. Cheers
