Try hovering over the little tab. Doing so should reveal the Kemono link.
In case hovering didn't fix your issue, I've just published a new version which fixes a similar bug that might apply to you as well – see this discussion for details.
Patreon Doesn't work for me, there's a little tab at the bottom but it does nothing, no link no nothing even on content I know is on kemono
