Enhances GR, especially for non-PLUS users

I'm not sure why this happens, I couldn't reproduce it in the latest Firefox version and don't have much time right now to analyze this. You can try resetting the settings completely by wiping the cookies for the page.
In Firefox, after each update of this script, settings seem to be forgotten.
Especially "Enter sendet Nachricht" is re-set to the default (yes) after each update.
