I've been meaning to put this on github for a while but I wanted to clean it up a bit before hand. I'll look into it soon though (clean or not) would definitely make a lot more sense in terms of contributions.

Mangastream fix
mangastream urls can be either mangastream.com/r/* or mangastream.com/read/* however only the first one is in the include list.
P.S. Consider putting up this script on github or simliar so we can contribute directly?
