Sleazy Fork

I have a similar problem to Theghost 459. My blacklist is basically inaccessible, I was able to trick it into being visible but I don't have any idea how.
This is what the script looks like to me I'm guessing the fact that I use Chrome is probably the problem, isn't it?

And here's the debug info you asked Theghost 459 for. I appreciate any help you can give me.
