It is because script is market as "adult" because it works on image hostings containing "adult" content, complain to greasyfork admins.

Now Handy Image is on greasyfork.org and sleazyfork.org, but greasyfork redirct me to sleazyfork if open site without login. For no login users Handy Image and many scripts not found on greasyfork.org. Strange.
