No, uploader name is only displayed in certain modes (eg list mode but not thumbnail mode) so there's no way to filter/highlight it consistently without going through the API, which the script does not. Adding a filter/highlight that only works in certain modes but not others seems silly, so there's no support for it. The site now has an option to specify automatic filtering by uploader name, though.
That's really unfortunate....
While that new site feature is cool, I don't want certain uploaders to be completely hidden, but rather "marked" or "moved down" to the bottom, which is exactly what your script does. Oh well...
