I personally hate infinite scroll with a passion.
Separate save apply allows to have the original settings as backup. Perhaps apply can be removed after adding reactive events.
Too complicated. Consider remove save and apply buttons and make it reactive. You wrote such big library, why you didn't add infinite scroll? It works with pagetual though.
