Access blocked images on Sankaku Channel (does not support thumbnails)

Thumbnails don't work yea, BUT they kinda try to - all "blocked" thumbs change to empty images - and that wastes your quota pretty fast so when you try to open images you get "Please slow down or get Sankaku Plus!"
